This isn’t like the typical gym fitness class programme where they don’t know who you are or if you even show up. We make sure you are reaching your fitness goals by keeping each and every class strictly capped at 8-14 members per session (depending on the type of class)
Many people are amazed at how flexible our training schedule is, we offer Small Group Fitness Training times which accommodate all schedules, from early morning, lunchtime, evening to weekends. You can book online, over the phone or in person with any of our friendly staff.
Our weekly Small Group Fitness Training programme includes Boxing Fitness, Spinning, Pilates, Kettlebells and HIT (High Intensity Training). Something for everyone and a way to make sure you can cover all of your fitness bases each and every week.
